Watch the sun rise each morning from your patio at this completely renovated ocean-front 5th floor 2-bedroom 2-bath condo. Walk down to the beach and enjoy the waves roll in as the beach service sets up your 2 chairs and umbrella for the day. Then come inside and make yourself your morning coffee in either the Kuerig or drip unit that is on new quartz countertops. Sit back and enjoy all the upgrades and designer items in this unit: new cabinets, new floors throughout, updated baths, two king-size beds. (It comfortably sleeps four with the option of a pull-out couch for additional members.)
The living area has a 60" Smart TV, Roku Streaming Device, DVD player. The swivel chairs allow you to watch TV/read a book or turn to enjoy the ocean view. The round dining table has 6 chairs. The kitchen has new cabinets, a bar area with 2 bar stools, Green Pan cookware and blender.
The primary Bedroom includes a King Sleep Number (new in 2023) Bed, ceiling fan, 42" TV. Primary full bath/shower. The Second Bedroom includes a King Bed (new in 2023), ceiling fan, 32" TV, DVD player.
The entry area includes a desk for those who want to check their emails. Other included items: WIFI, cable TV, washer/dryer, and extra USB outlets throughout for your convenience.

Facilities include 1 tennis court, 4 pickleball courts, shuffleboard, pool, hot tub and a great pavilion with plenty of grills for grilling and eating right next to the beach.
Fishing or snorkeling is walking distance on the beach at the nearby jetty. All of this is set back in the beautiful and quieter Holiday Isle area of Destin.
